Consulting
As an educational consultant, Deborah has worked with both parents and educational professionals to facilitate communication and positive outcomes for students and families. She has taught undergraduate classes on K-12 Classroom Management and worked with educators who are experiencing challenges in the classroom. As an advocate and a facilitator, Deborah works to ensure all parties are heard and that educational and federal law is adhered to with fidelity. Deborah’s desire is to see that each child receives the “best possible educational experience”.
In addition to her educational work, Deborah consults with individuals and groups who desire to see their organizations connect with members and employees without the barriers of exclusion or lack of diversity.
